Whether you are recovering from an injury, returning to movement, or looking to deepen your practice, Elina meets you where you are — in your home in Miami or live online from anywhere in the world.

Hi, I'm Elina.

Movement has always been part of who I am.

I spent decades training as a classical ballet dancer, and like many dancers and athletes, I eventually pushed my body to its breaking point. It was during that journey of injury, recovery, and rebuilding that I discovered Pilates. What began as rehabilitation quickly became my passion and, ultimately, my life's work. Pilates didn't just help me heal physically—it changed the way I understood movement, strength, and the incredible ability of our bodies to recover and thrive.

Today, I teach Classical Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended, while honoring the fact that every body is unique. My goal isn't to create perfect movement—it's to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body in a way that supports your everyday life.

I was born in Ukraine (then part of the USSR) and grew up in Israel, where I trained professionally in the Vaganova ballet method and graduated from Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts. In 2013, I moved to the United States to begin a new chapter. As a twice-immigrant, I've learned that growth often begins outside of our comfort zone, and that perspective has shaped not only my life but also the way I teach—with compassion, patience, and genuine curiosity about each person's journey.

I hold a Mat Certification from Power Pilates NYC and a Comprehensive 600-hour Classical Pilates Certification through Classical Pilates Education (CPE). While those certifications are an important foundation, I believe my greatest education has come from working one-on-one with people from all walks of life.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients—from complete beginners who have never stepped onto a Pilates apparatus, to people recovering from injuries, women during pregnancy and postpartum, older adults looking to stay strong and independent, professional dancers, elite athletes, and high-performing professionals. I've also had the opportunity to work with many celebrity clients throughout Miami, always providing the same level of personalized care, attention, and discretion that I give every client who walks through my door.

Whether you're looking to become stronger, reduce pain, improve your posture, return to movement after an injury, or simply feel more at home in your body, I'm here to meet you where you are. Every session is thoughtfully designed around your goals, your body, and your pace.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me with my husband and our two children, enjoying life in Bay Harbor Islands, traveling, spending time in nature, or continuing to learn more about movement, wellness, and holistic health. I truly believe that movement is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves—not because it changes how we look, but because it transforms how we live.

I can't wait to meet you and be part of your journey.
